Uddhav Thackeray Borrows Rahul Gandhi's Slogan, Says "Chowkidar Chor Hai"
Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray today borrowed another jibe from Congress chief Rahul Gandhi, to target the BJP. "Chowkidaar chor hai', he said at a rally in Maharashtra's Pandharpur.
